Euroscola 2007
16 students and their teacher Ms Anne Rikkola from Haapavesi Folk High School attended the Euroscola Day hosted by the European Parliament in Strasbourg 20.2.2007. All the students study in the Vocational Qualification of Youth and Leisure Instruction Study programme. Overall some five hundred young people from across the EU took part in presentations, questions, discussions and voting on issues relevate to them. The day was multi-lingual in French and English and was led by officials of the Parliament. The Finnish group stayed three days in Strasbourg and had so an opportunity to get to know a bit more French culture.
